Our Staff

Confident, knowledgeable and charming staff are vital to the success of any event and our staff are exemplary. At Clement Worrall we hand pick our managers, chefs, waiting staff and porters and put them through extensive in house training. This way we not only ensure that everything is done to our exacting standards, but also that we get to brief our staff prior to the day of the event so they know more about our clients' needs and what is expected of them. Our chefs and porters have worked in some of the finest restaurants, hotels and events companies in the world, and we demand that level of professionalism in everything they do. Front of house it is a different story, we've discovered that it is attitude, and not necessarily experience that counts when you are client facing, we don't just want plate carriers, we want staff with the confidence and ability to interact with our guests, make them feel welcome and relaxed and deal with any issues that they have.
