environment
As part of our CSR policy, identifying ways to reduce our environmental impact and establish goals is integrated in planning.
The event industry can be profligate and we commit to do as much as possible to reduce or eliminate: carbon emissions, energy consumption, single use plastics and general waste.
From working with suppliers in purchase and procurement and careful consideration of seasonality in menu planning, through to operational procedures both in the workplace, on-site, and post-event re-use and recycling, we are determined to minimise our environmental footprint and help clients and partners achieve lower-impact events.
We have implemented, and monitor, training and operational controls and regularly seek guidance on further improving our progress toward sustainability.
-
our people
We commit to act with integrity and respect towards all of our employees and are constantly striving for continued improvement in our performance, delivering the very best return on their trust and investment in us.
-
inclusivity and trust
We aim to treat all of our employees with the highest standards of dignity, parity and respect.
Clement Worrall will never discriminate on grounds of race, ethnicity, disability, background or belief and actively celebrate and encourage difference in employment.
We are committed to paying all of our employees in excess of the recommended living wage and putting their welfare as a priority in planning and operations.
Employees are made aware of our inclusivity, diversity and sustainability goals and are encouraged to support us in improving our efforts.
